Respite Care
Provides temporary relief for caregivers by offering safe, high-quality care for individuals at home or in a supportive setting. Services include overnight care, weekend care, and emergency care for individuals aged 18 and older.
Community Network
Supports individuals in inclusive activities such as volunteering, classes or hobbies to foster independence and build social skills in order to help participants integrate into the community. Creating meaning relationships tailored to the participants specific interests and goals.
Supported Employment & Individual Placement and Support
Helps individuals learn skills to find, secure, and maintain employment. Services include career discovery, learning new job skills, starting their own business and providing long term ongoing job support.
Community Living and Support (EVV and Non EVV)
Focuses on teaching life skills needed for independent living, including personal care, managing daily routines like eating, banking, and shopping, with extra support for health and safety. Helping to foster healthy community living.
Residential Supports (AFL levels 1-4)
Supports participants in living independently within a residential home that offers care and assistance. Staying in a family home helps them build greater independence and feel included in a safe, welcoming environment. While continuing to learn individual daily personalized goals.
